Pan Pacific opening in Hanoi

Changing from Sofitel Plaza Hanoi to the Pan Pacific Hanoi after renovations that are expected to be complete by October 1st, 2016. Coming to Hanoi, Vietnam in October 2016, Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) will launch its Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts brand with the introduction of Pan Pacific Hanoi in Vietnams capital city.

With an exciting blend of the best that the Pacific has to offer the Pan Pacific service and traditions of the East are combined with the creativity of the West, providing unparalleled experiences for their guests.

The hotel, a city skyline icon, was purchased by PPHG in 2001 through a joint venture with Hanoi Construction Corporation and has been running as Sofitel Plaza Hanoi by the West Lake. Starting 1st October 2016, it will be rebranded as a Pan Pacific Hanoi after renovations to its lobby, lobby bar, restaurant and conference spaces. The renewed Pan Pacific Hanoi will impart a sense of space and feeling of calm while delivering the brand promise of “Your refreshing Pacific experience” by giving guests a blend of the culture and heritage found in the Pacific Rim.

With 273 guestrooms and 56 suites, the hotel is just minutes from the historic Old Quarter and offers a majestic view overlooking the West Lake and the Red River. Its location is central and offers convenient access to Hanoi’s business district.

After the award-winning PARKROYAL Saigon Pan, the Pacific Hanoi will be the second property of the Group in Vietnam. Pan Pacific Hanoi will be a recognized addition to PPHG’s suite of luxury and upscale hotels and resorts throughout Asia.
