They say that behind every great man there is a great woman and the same can probably be said in reverse if we are being honest. One example of the former that I want to talk about today is Jeff Lupient wife, the amazing woman behind the man who runs the Lupient Automotive Group here in Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Minnesota. I have worked with Jeff for a number of years now and it is now secret that he is a star trader and someone with high expectations on both himself and for his company. Jeffrey Lupient graduated from Hamline University and has over 10 years of experience in management as CEO of his own company. The secret behind all of that success? His wife of course, the person to whom he believes that he owes everything. I caught up with Jeff last month at a conference here in Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Minnesota, where we discussed exactly how his wife helps him.

Pragmatic

They say that generally speaking men are the pragmatic ones and that women are the more emotional between the two sexes but as Jeff tells me, things are the other way around in his house. Jeff’s wife is always approaching things with a logistical mindset and he tells me that this is something which he counts on each and every day. Often Jeff will come home after a day charged with emotion and unable to really think or take action and it is his wife who will clam him down and lay out the facts for him, rather than getting caught up in the emotion.

Support

Jeff admits that during the early years of his business there were some dark days where things weren’t going very well, and he considered throwing in the towel. It was those days he says that his wife was a tower of strength and she helped him to see that it could work and that it could be successful.

Selfless

Jeff Lupient wife knew from early on in their relationship what Jeff’s dream was and she has supported him through it entirely, even living in Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Minnesota when she probably would have liked to go elsewhere. This incredible selflessness is something which Jeff has vast amounts of respects for and he has promised her that he will retire early and that she can achieve her dreams.

Optimistic

Finally Jeff tells me that his wife is the most positive and optimistic person that he knows and that is a quality which has helped him out immeasurably. As anyone that knows Jeff will tell you, he is far from an optimist and it is likely that the relationship with his wife works so well because the cancel each other out.

Jeff found the woman that complimented him perfectly and in his words, all of his success can be traced back to her.
